Lotus Tower, also known as Nexus Tower 3, is part of The Nexus Tower complex located on Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The development includes two 39-storey towers with a total floor area of 63,422 m², offering premium commercial and mixed-use spaces in a prime riverside location. Built by Coteccons, the project benefits from M-Atlantic’s advanced construction chemical technology, with MA BC-W aluminum & gangform release agent ensuring exceptional concrete surface quality and efficient formwork turnover for high-rise structures.
